Booking Terms and Conditions
- Welcome drink, snack and refreshing towel on arrival.
- Daily choice of Continental, American, Asian or
Health-lovers breakfast. Table service or room service.
- Personal transport services to and from Ubud centre (free
of charge until 11pm).
- Daily supply of bottled water.
- Free broadband internet access throughout property.
- Transfers to and from airport and other hotels available. Complimentary for stays of 4 days or more - only for direct website bookings at published rate.
- On-site massage service available, at Rp135.000 per
hour.
- On-site manicure and pedicures available, at Rp120.000 each.
- Prices are in US Dollars and exclude tax and
service charge totalling 21%.
- Extra person in suite or villa, above 16 years, is an
additional cost of 50 USD per night.
- Extra child 16 years or younger is an additional cost
of 40 USD per night. For infants of 2 years or less a charge of 15
USD per
night applies.
- Using the Booking Button above will ensure that your booking
is automatically confirmed. Details of your credit card (Amex,
Visa, Diners or Mastercard) will be received to secure your booking. A
deposit of 50% of the total accommodation charges plus the 21% service/tax may be processed. (This is done manually despite what is suggested by the words in the automatic booking confirmation you receive. If a deposit is processed then a receipt will be emailed to you.
