Booking Terms and Conditions

• Welcome drink and refreshing towel on arrival.
• Daily choice of Continental, American, Asian or Health-lovers breakfast.
• Personal transport services to/ from Ubud centre (free of charge until 10.30pm).
• Daily supply of bottled water. Complimentary afternoon tea daily.
• Free broadband internet access throughout property.
• Transfers to and from Denpasar airport / Kuta / Legian available. Complimentary for stays of 4 days or more.
• On-site massage service available, at Rp 125.000 per hour. One hour complimentary for stays of 4 days or more.
• Prices are in US Dollars and exclude 15% tax and service charge. 
• Extra person in suite or villa, above 12 years, is an additional cost of 50 USD per night. 
• Extra child 12 years or younger is an additional cost of 40 USD per night. The charge for use of a cot is 15 USD per night.
• A deposit of 25% of the accommodation package is required to secure your reservation. Payments may be made by electronic bank transfer, PayPal or international credit card (Amex, Visa, Diners or Mastercard). The credit card will only be charged after the booking is confirmed.
• Cancellation Policy - If you cancel or amend your booking, after availability has been confirmed, a cancellation fee will apply as follows: 
  • Within 21 days of arrival date will result in forfeiture of the 25% deposit.
  • Within 7 days of the arrival date the fee will be 50% of the total room costs plus 15% service and tax.
  • Within 3 days, or no show without prior notice, the fee will be 100% of the room charges.
